Guitars are beautiful instruments. However, the manufacturing of guitars does present some sustainable difficulties. For example , the wood to make guitars is often harvested from old growth forests located far from where the instrument will be made. At Tweed Guitars we believe we should make instruments that impact the earth as little as possible, and we continue to explore various ways to achieve this goal.  We evaluate everything from where and how to manufacture guitars, to the type of wood and other materials used to make guitars. Informing our customers about sustainable choice is also an important step in the process of selling sustainable instruments. Tweed Guitars is committed to sustainability and will continue to make guitars greener.
